ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/114 approving Covenant Running with the Land, Stormwater
Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement, and Right of Entry for
Minor Subdivision MS 06-00013, APN 198-081-005, Alamo area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
A Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by
the conditions of approval for Minor Subdivision MS 06-00013. This agreement will ensure
the operation and maintenance of the stormwater facilities in accordance with the approved
Stormwater Control Plan and approved Operation and Maintenance Plan for this
development.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The agreement will not be recorded and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance
with the joint regional National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
