ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/110 accepting completion of landscape improvements for
Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) Subdivision SD 04-08699, being
developed by Shapell Industries of Northern California, as recommended by the Public
Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to County funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have
been held on deposit.
BACKGROUND:
The developer, Shapell Industries of Northern California, has completed the improvements
per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance
Code.
