DA 04-00050 (cross-reference Subdivision 03-08508), for a project being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company LLC., as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer, Windemere BLC Land Company LLC., has completed the improvements per the Drainage Improvement Agreement, and the accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
