ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/108 accepting completion of improvements for Drainage
Acceptance DA 04-00048 (cross-reference Subdivision 05-08957), for a project being
developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works
Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to the County. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been
held on deposit.
BACKGROUND:
The developer, Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, has completed the improvements
per the Drainage Improvement Agreement, and the accordance with the Title 9 of the
County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of improvements will not be accepted, the warranty period will not begin,
the performance/maintenance surety bond will not be exonerated, and the billing account
