HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03272012 - C.03RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Chair, Board of Supervisors, or designee, to execute Amendment No. 4, to Agreement No. 208 with the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) to increase the maximum compensation paid to the County by $820,000 to a total of $6,278,000, effective January 18, 2012, as recommended by the Public Works Director, East County area. (Contra Costa Transportation Authority Funds) Project No. 4660-6X4168. FISCAL IMPACT: CCTA will pay the actual costs of right of way services performed by Real Property, up to the payment limit, as amended. BACKGROUND: CCTA requires a variety of right of way services but has no right of way staff and has contracted with the County for these services. On June 21, 2006 the Board approved the original Agreement No. 208 for the State Route 4 East Widening Somersville Road to State Route 160 project for right of way acquisition services.
