No fiscal impact BACKGROUND: See attached presentation materials on the eBART construction. Construction is underway at the Pittsburg/Bay Point BART Station and Phase I of the eBART project is nearing completion. The next phase is the eBART Next Segment study which will begin now. The study will examine station sites beyond the planned Hillcrest Station and is looking at five opportunities for an eBART station. The station sites to be evaluated are along the Bypass, and are: Laurel Road, Lone Tree Way, Sand Creek Road, Balfour Road, and near Marsh Creek Road. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: None.
