APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent to execute, on behalf of the
Sheriff-Coroner, a purchase change order with Hammons Supply Company, to extend the
termination date from January 31, 2012 to June 30, 2012 and increase the payment limit by
$53,000 to a new payment limit of $675,000 for miscellaneous janitorial supplies used in
the County's detention facilities.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$53,000. 100% General Fund; Budgeted.
BACKGROUND:
Hammons Supply Company provides miscellaneous janitorial products and equipment used
in the adult detention facilities.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
No impact.
