Resolution of Termination of
Offer of Dedication
(Gov't. Code Section 66477.2(c))
SUBJECT: Termination of Offer of Dedication of Unnamed Road, Minor Subdivision
207-76, Vacation No. V1975, W. 0. 1731 , Martinez Area.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Termination of an Offer of Dedication of a certain excess right of way
not required for street or highway purposes, is made pursuant to Government Code
Section 66477.2(c) and to Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4 of the Streets and
Highways Code, commencing with Section 8330.
The termination request is for an Unnamed Road in Minor Subdivision 207-76,
in the Martinez area . A description of the portion to be vacated is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
This termination is based on the fact that the area to be terminated is
excess right of way not required for street or highway purposes. (S. & H. Code
Section 8334) .
This Board hereby FINDS. that the proposed termination will not have a
significant effect on the environment, and that it has been determined to be
categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA
Guidelines Section 15312. The proposed termination is not located in an area
of statewide, regional or areawide concern. The Public Works Director is ORDERED
to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk.
This Board declares that the hereinabove described area is HEREBY ORDERED
abandoned and terminated, subject to any reservation and exception described in
attached Exhibit "A". From and after the date this Resolution is recorded, the
Offer of Dedication is terminated and the County's right to accept said offer is
abandoned.

DEDICATION to Contra Costa County recorded January 20, 1975, in Book 7413 of
Official Records at pages 460 and 461 , records of said County, being all of
that strip of land within said Parcel "B" shown as "60 FOOT STRIP DEDICATED
TO CONTRA COSTA COUNTY (7413 OR 460)" on said Parcel Map (58 PM 26) .
