ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/77 accepting Offer of Dedication for Drainage Purposes, for
subdivision SD 92-07419 (APN 182-080-029), for a project being developed by Wood
Valley Development, Inc., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek
area. (District IV)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
In September of 1992, an Offer of Dedication for Drainage Purposes (storm drain easement)
from William and Mary Schwarck was accepted by the Board of Supervisors for recording
purposes only. The storm drain easement is necessary to accommodate drainage
improvements installed by the subdivision SD 92-07419 (developed by Wood Valley
Development, Inc.) It is now necessary to accept this Offer of Dedication because the storm
drain that conveys runoff from a County maintained road needs repair, per agreement with
grantors.
