ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/75 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or
designee, to fully close a portion of Oak View Avenue between Colusa Avenue and Santa
Fe Avenue, except for emergency traffic, on Saturday and/or Sunday beginning March 3,
2012 until March 2, 2013 from 8:00 A.M. through 4:00 P.M., for the purpose of a Farmers'
Market, Kensington area. (District I)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
