HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02142012 - C.54RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #24-533-27 with Bi-Bett, a non-profit corporation, effective January 1, 2012, to amend Contract #24-533-26, to increase the payment limit by $132,240, from $24,000 to a new payment limit of $156,240, and to increase the Automatic Extension Payment Limit by $66,120 to a new Automatic Extension payment limit of $78,120, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by State Conditional Release Program (CONREP) Funding. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: In July 2011, the County Administrator approved, and Purchasing Manager executed, Contract #24-533-26 with Bi-Bett for the period from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, which included a six (6)-month automatic extension through December 31, 2012, for the provision of alcohol program services for the Conditional Release Program.
