ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/42 for Correction of Errors on Resolution No. 2012/18,
January 10, 2012, for road acceptance RA 09-01245 (Bayberry View Lane, Lemonwood
Court, and Chamomile Court), San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (No Fiscal Impact)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
On January 10, 2012 a resolution was placed before the Board of Supervisors accepting
completion of improvements for road acceptance RA 09-01245; however, the
performance/maintenance surety information in the resolution was incorrect. The correction
is necessary for the surety company to reference the correct bond number and rider amount,
and therefore, reduce the developer’s bond premium during the warranty/maintenance
period.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The board order for correction will not be approved and the surety company will not be able
