(No Fiscal Impact) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: On January 10, 2012 a resolution was placed before the Board of Supervisors accepting completion of improvements for road acceptance RA 09-01245; however, the performance/maintenance surety information in the resolution was incorrect. The correction is necessary for the surety company to reference the correct bond number and rider amount, and therefore, reduce the developer’s bond premium during the warranty/maintenance period.
