(4500-6X5801) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal Impact. If the conveyance of property is approved on January 24, 2012, the County would receive $378,000 for the sale of the property. BACKGROUND: In 1982, Contra Costa County (County) acquired 610 Court Street, Martinez for County offices which had been occupied by the Alternate Defender’s Office. In 2008, the Alternate Defender’s Office move out of the building which has been vacant since then.
