HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01102012 - C.134RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #24-942-15 with Victor Kogler, a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $125,938, to provide consultation, technical assistance and operational support to the Alcohol and Other Drugs Services (AODS) Division with regard to the Division’s System of Care, for the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Federal Prevention Set-Aside. (No rate increase). Approval of Contract #24-942-15 will allow the Contractor to continue providing services through December 31, 2012. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this contract is not approved, Alcohol and Other Drugs Services Division will not receive consultation, technical assistance and operational support to the Division’s System of Care from this Contractor.
