HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01102012 - C.110RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent on behalf of the Health Services Department, to execute, a Purchase Order with One touch Global Technologies, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $395,000, for purchase of hardware, software and maintenance for a RightFax enterprise faxing solution, for the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This Purchase Order is fully funded by (a) the Medicare & Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and (b) the Delivery System Reform and Incentive Pool (DSRIP) funding. No County funds required. BACKGROUND: RightFax is Epic’s preferred vendor for use with the electronic health record (EHR). Enterprise faxing is a mission critical capability of the Epic EHR.
