HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01102012 - C.44RECOMMENDATION(S): Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution #21038to increase the hours of Exempt Medical Staff Dentist position #9013 from 28/40 to 32/40; Increase the hours of Exempt Medical Staff Physician position #13815 from 28/40 to 32/40; Increase the hours of Exempt Medical Staff Physician #8500 from 24/40 to 29/40; and increase the hours of Exempt Medical Staff Physician #8478 from 32/40 to 36/40. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will result in an annual cost of approximately $100,739, including pension costs of $24,328, and will be fully funded by Medi-Cal and FQHC monies. BACKGROUND: The request to increase the hours of these four positions is in accordance with the agreement between the County and the Physicians and Dentists of Contra Costa County which states that, twice per year, permanent intermittent and part-time employees may request that their position hours be increased.
