FISCAL IMPACT: This action increases appropriations in General Services - Fleet Replacement (0064) and reduces appropriations in the Office of the Sheriff (0255) by $2,329. BACKGROUND: A patrol vehicle was involved in an accident resulting in damage exceeding the current market value of the vehicle. Normally, this vehicle would be replaced using funds in the Fleet Internal Service Fund (ISF) at the end of the useful life. In this case, the vehicle has not been fully depreciated, resulting in the need for the Sheriff's Office to transfer appropriations necessary to complete this purchase.
