ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/18 accepting completion of improvements for road acceptance
RA 09-01245 (cross-reference subdivision SD 07-08970) for project developed by Shapell
Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corp., as recommended by the
Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to County Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have
been held on deposit.
BACKGROUND:
The developer completed the improvements as required in the improvement plans and in
conformance with the County Ordinance Code, per the Subdivision Agreement.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The improvements will not be accepted as complete, the Subdivision Agreement and
performance/maintenance surety bond will not be exonerated, and the billing account will
not be liquidated and closed.
