ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/484 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by
Amland Corp., Inc., for the Countywide Bridge Deck Methacrylate project, Project No.
0662-6R4208-11, as recommended by the Public Works Director.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The project construction was funded by 88.53% Federal HBP funds, 11.47% Measure
J-RTS funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the
approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its
acceptance as complete as of November 16, 2011.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
