HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12132011 - C.73RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #23–505 with Hyland Software, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $150,000, to provide consultation and technical assistance with regard to implementation of the Electronic Health Records System at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers, for the period from November 15, 2011 through November 15, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: Funding is fully paid for from (a) the Medicare & Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and (b) the Delivery System Reform and Incentive Pool (DSRIP) funding.
