BACKGROUND: Chapter 450-8 of the County Ordinance Code known as the Industrial Safety Ordinance Risk Management Chapter requires Health Services to submit annual reports to the Board of Supervisors. The ordinance outlines what is to be included in this report. Attached is a copy of this report. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Not applicable. On-site estimates shall be performed by the Stationary Source. Off-site estimates shall be performed by appropriate agencies and compiled by the Department.; (4) results in a vapor cloud of flammables and/or combustibles that is more than 5000 pounds.
