Building F at 3020 Grant Street, Concord ) RESOLUTION NO. 86/66
(Government Code Section 25363)
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board, on January 7, 1986, passed Resolution No. 86/4 which determined
the property at 3020 Grant Street, Building F, Concord, was not required for public
use at the time, declared its intent to lease said property, and set January 16, 1986
at 10:00 a.m, at 255 Glacier Drive,-Martinez, as the time and place where sealed bid
proposals would be opened. Said Resolution was publicly posted.
The highest bid received for the lease was from Mount Diablo Region YMCA for
a monthly rent of $1,706.00.
Such bid is hereby ACCEPTED and the Chairman of this Board is hereby AUTHO-
RIZED to execute the Lease on behalf of the County as submitted by the bidder, to
commence March 1, 1986, under the terms and conditions as more particularly set forth
in said Lease.
