HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12062011 - C.10RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/476 approving the fourth extension of the Road Improvement Agreement for RA 03-01152 (cross-reference subdivision SD 99-08306) for a project being developed by Shapell industries of Northern California, a division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corp., as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No Fiscal Impact. BACKGROUND: The Road Improvement Agreement needs to be renewed as the improvements are not completed yet. (Approximately 90% on the work has been completed to date) The developer has requested additional time to complete improvements. Granting an extension gives the developer an additional year to complete the improvements and keeps the bonding current.
