HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12062011 - C.12RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/478 accepting completion of warranty period and release of cash deposit for faithful performance for road acceptance RA 05-01187 (cross-reference subdivision SD 99-08306), for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit pending completion of the warranty period.
