MEMORIAL CENTER, 3020 GRANT STREET, CONCORD, TO THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION SPECIFIC REQUESTS(S) R RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to EXECUTE, on be alf of the County, a revenue Lease commencing September 1 , 1985, with the Contra Costa County Office of Education for a portion of County's lands at 3020 Grant Street, Concord, on which is located Lessee' s portable building number 4, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said revenue Lease. II. Financial Impact: Revenues are credited to the Health Services budget. III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: The portable will be used by the Family Stress Hea Start Program, which is a use compatible with the County programs at the George Miller, Jr. Memorial Center.
