HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11152011 - C.48RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Health Services Department to execute, a Purchase Order with Search America, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $150,000, to purchase an address validation system for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center patients and Contra Costa Health Plan members. FISCAL IMPACT: This Purchase is fully paid for from (a) the Medicare & Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and (b) the Delivery System Reform and Incentive Pool (DSRIP) funding. BACKGROUND: The Search America, Inc system includes address validation that will assist Contra Costa Health Services in identifying and validating the proper mailing address for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center patients and Contra Costa Health Plan members. This solution will interact with the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) System.
