HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09202011 - C.11RECOMMENDATION(S):
ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/387 approving the Road Improvement Agreement for
Weatherly Lane (cross-reference subdivision SD 89-07418), for project being developed by
First National Bank of Northern California, Martinez area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
First National Bank of Northern California foreclosed the subdivision property being
developed by H&B Property Solutions in 2007. The bank has since been working to finish
the required subdivision improvements started by the developer. In 2011 the bank has filed
a lawsuit against the County for denying the building permits until (a) approximately 400
linear feet of curb is repaired and (b) outstanding fees are paid. The bank and the County
had recently reached a settlement agreement, which required (among other things) the bank
to execute a road improvement agreement for the curb repair.
