HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09202011 - C.06RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/381 accepting completion of warranty period and release of cash deposit for faithful performance, for Windemere Parkway Phase 5 Wildlife Crossing, road acceptance RA 04-01164 (cross-reference subdivision SD 03-08510), for project being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit pending completion of the warranty period. BACKGROUND: The improvements have met the guarantee performance standards for the warranty period following completion and acceptance of improvements.
