(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: Reclamation District No. 800 is purchasing a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 011-220-032 which is encumbered by a Deferred Improvement Agreement recorded December 30, 1998 under Recorder’s Serial Number 98-330168. This Deferred Improvement Agreement should be exonerated so Reclamation District No. 800 would not have the obligation of installing public improvements in the Bixler Road right-of-way.
