ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/382 exonerating Deferred Improvement Agreement for minor
subdivision MS 91-00039, Discovery Bay area. (District III)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
Reclamation District No. 800 is purchasing a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number
011-220-032 which is encumbered by a Deferred Improvement Agreement recorded
December 30, 1998 under Recorder’s Serial Number 98-330168. This Deferred
Improvement Agreement should be exonerated so Reclamation District No. 800 would not
have the obligation of installing public improvements in the Bixler Road right-of-way. A
new Deferred Improvement Agreement will be recorded to replace the previous one on the
remainder of parcel 011-220-032 and maintain the obligation to install public improvements
per minor subdivision MS 91-00039.
