HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09202011 - C.52RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-577-5 with All Health Services, Corporation, effective June 1, 2011, to amend Contract #26-577-4, to increase the payment limit by $310,000, from $1,500,000 to a new payment limit of $1,810,000, with no change in the original term of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On October 13, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-577-4 with All Health Services, Corporation, for the period from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2011, for the provision of temporary medical staffing services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, and the Detention Facilities, to include Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical and Occupational Therapist, and Psychiatric Technicians.
