HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09132011 - C.129RECOMMENDATION(S): Acknowledge receipt of notice from Lawrence Vierra, D.O., Inc., a professional corporation, requesting termination of Contract #26-694, for the provision of orthopedic services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, effective at the end of the workday on August 31, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract was funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: On May 3, 2011, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-694 with Lawrence Vierra, D.O. Inc., for the period from April 16, 2011 through April 15, 2012, for the provision of professional orthopedic services including, but not limited to, consultation, training, on-call coverage and medical/surgical procedures for patients at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers.
