HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12091986 - T.2 T- z THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 9 , 1986 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None ------------------------------------------------------------------- - Resolution No. RA-86-6 SUBJECT:: Approval .of a DDA between the Redevelopment Agency and Treat Corners Partnership, Pleasant Hill BART Station Area Redevelopment Project. It is the intent of the Redevelopment Agency to enter into a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with Treat Corners Partnership, as the designated developer of Specific Plan Development Area IDA in the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area Redevelopment Project. 1. The conveyance of Redevelopment Agency owned property to the developer to complete the assembly of Area IDA. 2. The conveyance of developer owned property to the Agency for realignment of Oak Road, Wayne Drive, Buskirk Avenue and Treat Boulevard. 3. The orderly development of Area IDA in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan. In accordance with California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33433) the Agency has prepared a Summary Report on the DDA; the Summary Report and the DDA have been made available for public inspection; and the Agency and Board of Supervisors have held a duly noticed public hearing to consider the DDA. The Redevelopment Agency finds that the DDA is in the best interest of the County and the Agency, and is necessary for implementation of the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area Redevelopment Plan. Therefore, the Redevelopment Agency hereby resolves: 1. That certain Disposition and Development Agreement between the Agency and Treat Corners Partnership (Redevelopment Agency Contract No. RA 86-30) on file with the Redevelopment Agency Secretary affecting Specific Plan Development Area 10A in the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area Development Project, is hereby approved. 2. The Executive Director or his designee is authorized to execute the DDA in substantially the form approved by the Agency and the Board of Supervisors, and such other documents as may be reasonably necessary to carry out its terms and provisions.
