HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09132011 - C.08RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/369 for Subdivision 06-09019, releasing Deficiency Deposit for a project being developed by Centex Homes, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit pending completion of the warranty period. BACKGROUND: The developer completed the private road improvements as required except for some minor deficiencies. A cash bond was deposited as security for completion of said deficiencies. The deficiencies have now been corrected and the bond needs to be released. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The deficiencies in the private road improvements will not be accepted as completed, and the developer’s cash bond will not be released.
