ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/367 accepting completion of warranty period for the
Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping), park acceptance PA 05-00027
Compass Point Park, (cross-reference subdivision SD 05-08957, for project being
developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works
Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to County Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have
been held on deposit pending completion of the warranty period.
BACKGROUND:
The landscape improvements have met the guarantee performance standards for the
warranty period following completion and acceptance of the improvements.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The developer will not receive a refund of their cash deposit, the Subdivision Agreement
(Right-of-Way Landscaping) and performance/maintenance surety bond will not be
