HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08162011 - C.48RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-350-10 with Merritt, Hawkins and Associates, a Corporation, in an amount not to exceed $300,000, to provide recruitment of family practice physicians at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers, for the period from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: Under Contract #26-350-10, the Contractor will provide recruitment of family practice physicians for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers due to on-going vacancies, for the period from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. Contractor’s services shall include, but not limited to, advertising, screening and providing reference materials for potential candidates.
