SUBJECT: Revenue Lease with Thomas R. Layne for 2020 North Broadway, Suite 205-A,
Walnut Creek
Specific Request(s) or Recommendation(s) & Background & Justification
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to
EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a revenue Lease commencing August 1, 1986, with
Thomas R. Layne for the premises at 2020 North Broadway, Suite 205-A, Walnut
Creek, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said revenue
Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Revenues offset rents paid from the General Services budget
for the master lease on this property and the Walnut Creek Court.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Lease renewal for space not needed by
County.
