The Board of Supervisors as the governing body of the Contra Costa County
Flood Control and Water , Conservation District CRDERS that the following
Relocation Assistance Claim Form is APPRNED and the County Principal Real
Property Agent is ALMURIZED to sign the claim form on behalf of the District.

Moving Expenses
Payment is for relocation assistance obligation resulting from District's
purchase of the building in which claimant's business was a tenant.

in the amount specified to be delivered to the County Real Property Division.
