SUBJECT: Bogue Ranch Boundary Reorgan-
ization ( LAFC 86-27 ) ) RESOLUTION NO. 86/719

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
Application for the subject Reorganization was filed on July
24 , 1986 with the Local Agency Formation Commission of Contra
Costa County by petition of the landowners .
This Reorganization is comprised of the following concurrent
changes of organization:
1 ) annexation of a portion of affected territory to San
Ramon Valley Fire Protection District, 2 ) detachment of such
territory from Contra Costa County Fire Protection District , 3 )
annexation of other portions of affected territory to Central
Contra Costa Sanitary District , East Bay Municipal Utility
District and County Service Areas L-100 , P-2 and R-7A.
The reason for the reorganization is to provide services to
the approved residential development known as Alamo .Hills Estates
Tract No . 6743 (Bogue Ranch ) to be built in this area.
The subject Reorganization has been designated by the Local
Agency Formation Commission asltogue Ranch Boundary Reorganization
(LAFC 86-27 ) . "
As determined by the Local Agency Formation Commission, the
territory proposed to be annexed and detached is. legally
uninhabited, is located entirely within Contra Costa County, and
this Board has been authorized to conduct proceedings without
notice and hearing.
This reorganization was approved by the Local Agency
Formation Commission on November 12 , 1986 , subject to the
conditions that 1 ) boundaries of affected territory shall be as
amended and described in attached Exhibit "A" , 2 ) affected
territory shall be subject to ordinances , rules , regulations ,
bonded indebtedness and contractual obligations of annexing
jurisdictions and 3 ) territory annexing to County Service Area P-
2 shall be within Zone B of said service area. The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
Pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act , this Board hereby approves
and orders this reorganization, subject to the terms and
conditions aforestated.
The Clerk of ,this Board shall forthwith transmit a certified
copy of this Resolution, along with a remittance to cover any
applicable fees as provided by Section 57280 of the Government
_ Code,_to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation
Commission.
