EXPERIENCED LEVEL CLERK 1. Provide clerical support to SED Program staff, including one (1) 40/40 MHTS C Level position, one (1) 40/40 MHTS B Level position, and two (2) 20/40 MHTS B Level positions. 2. Maintains case files on all children and adolescents referred and seen by SED staff. 3. Types correspondence to other agencies, including schools, Social Services , Probation, residential facilities and other service providers. 4. Prepares statistical reports on clients seen by the SED Program. 5. Answers telephone and provides general program information to public and other agencies. MHTS C LEVEL TEAM LEADER In order to implement the mandate from the State Department of Mental Health and implement services for SED children through AB3632, the immediate creation of a 40/40 C MHTS position (Children 's. Specialist, Flagged) assigned to Cost Center #5953 is required. The duties of this position include but are not limited to: 1 . Team leader and coordinator of services for AB3632. 2. Clinical Supervision and overall of staff and program. 3. Assessment, diagnosis and testing of SED youngsters. 4. Case management of SED (Severely Emotionally Disturbed) youngsters placed in residential treatment. 5. Coordination/liaison with Education, Social Services, Probation and com- munity representatives. 6. Lead person for expanded I .E.P. (Individualized Education Plan) This highly specialized position requires licensure (L.C.S.W. , M.F.C.C. or Psychologist) and experience as well as training in serving SED and behaviorally disordered children and adolescents.
