RESOIUPICK OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOIUPICN OF MCFSSITY
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT:
It intends to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by
eminent domain of real property in the Antioch area, for a flood control
facility, a public improvement, which property is more particularly described in
Appendix "A" attached hereto.
This Board will meet on January 13, 1987, at 10:30 a.m. in the Board's
Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California,
to hear those persons whose property is to be acquired and whose names and
addresses appear on the last equalized County assessment roll, and to consider
the adoption of the Resolution. The Contra Costa County Real Property Division is
DIRE= to send the following notice to each such person by first-class mail:

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its intention to
adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by eminent domain of real
property in the Antioch area, for a flood control facility, a public improvement,
which property is more particularly described in Appendix "A" attached hereto.
The Board will meet on January 13, 1987, at 10:30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers at
651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consider the adoption of the Resol-
ution. Each person whose property is to be acquired and whose name and address
appears on the last equalized County assessment roll has the right to appear at
such hearing and be heard on:
1. Whether the public interest and necessity require the project; and
2. Whether the project is planned and located in the manner that will
be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least
private injury; and
3. Whether the property sought to be acquired is necessary for the
project; and
4. Whether the offer of just compensation required by Section 7267.2
of the Goverruent Code has been made to the owner of record.

APPENDIX "A"
A portion of the southeast quarter of section 14, Township, 2 North, Range 1
East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, City of Antioch, Contra Costa County,
California.
All of that parcel of land described in the deed to Fibreboard Products,
Incorporated, recorded June 20, 1955 in Volume 2557 at page 320, Official
Records of said County.
Excluding therefrom:
A 60 feet wide strip of land being the most westerly 60 feet of said
Fibreboard Products, Incorporated parcel (2557 O.R. 320) .
Containing 53,525 square feet, more or less, being 1.229 acres.
