Underground Utility District No. 22 ) to Establish Underground
Pleasant Hill -BART Station Area ) Utility District No. 22
RESOLUTION NO. 8S/621
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County has adopted Ordinance
No. 68-10 (Ord. C . 1008-2.002 et seq. ) which provides for the establishment of
Underground Utility Districts in those areas of the County where the public
health, safety, or welfare requires the removal of the overhead distribution
system from the public streets , alleys or ways , and the replacement thereof with
an underground system.
It is the intention of this Board to conduct a public hearing to ascertain
whether the public health, safety, or welfare requires the removal of the overhead
distribution system from the public street, alleys or ways of the unincorporated
area along Buskirk Avenue from Pleasant Hill City Limits to Las Juntas Way,on
Jones Road from Oak Road westerly for 500 feet, on Oak Road from Treat Boulevard
to Jones Road , on Del Hombre Lane from Treat Boulevard to Las Juntas Way, and on
the Railroad Right of Way along the westerly boundary from 300 feet south of Treat
Boulevard to Subdivision 5195 , all in the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area shown
on the attached map marked Exhibit "A" .
At 10:30 a .m. , on Tuesday, December 3, 1985 in the Chambers of the
Board of Supervisors , County Administration Building, Martinez , California , this
Board will conduct the said public hearing on the proposed establishment of
Underground Utility District No. 22 in the area hereinabove described and at that
time will hear the testimony of all interested persons for or against the estab-
lishment of this zone and if the roads in this area are extensively used by the
general public and carry a heavy volume of pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
The Clerk is directed to notify all affected property owners as shown
on the last equalized assessment rolls and utilities concerned by mail of the
time and place of such hearing at least ten (10) days prior to the date thereof. .

RESOLUTION NO. 85/622
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County has adopted Ordinance
No. 68-10 (Ord. C . 1008-2.002 et seq. ) which provides for the establishment of
Underground Utility Districts in those areas of the County where the public
health, safety, or welfare requires the removal of the overhead distribution
system from the public streets , alleys or ways , and the replacement thereof with
an underground system.

distribution system from the public street, alleys or ways of the unincorporated
area along Colusa Avenue from Santa Fe Avenue. to the Berkeley City limits , and on
Oak View Avenue from Sante Fe Avenue to 150 feet east of Colusa Avenue all in
the Kensington Area shown on the' attached map marked Exhibit "A" .
At 10:30 a .m. , on Tuesday, December 3, 1985 in the Chambers of the
