HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10221985 - 1.9 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on October 22, 1985 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approval of the Road Improvement ) RESOLUTION NO-85/6 66 Agreement for Subdivision 6394, ) Oakley Area. ) ) The following document was presented for Board approval this date for Subdivision 6394, property located in the Oakley area. A Road Improvement Agreement with Garrow and Cardinale Development, developer, whereby said developer agrees to complete all improvements within the model home area on Ponderosa Drive as required in said Road Improvement Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement; Said document was accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 99055, dated October 4, 1985) in the amount of $1,000, made by Garrow and Cardinale Construction. b. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated September 25, 1985, and issued by Developers Insurance Company (Bond No. 902827S) with Garrow and Cardinale Development as principal , in the amount of $2,000 for faithful performance and $1,500 for labor and materials. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Agreement is APPROVED. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
