Baker. Waiver of 10-22-85 Richard L. Baker $3,900.00 & Joan R. Baker Claim & Joan R. Baker Payment is for removal and replacement of pine trees damaged during the Drainage Area 13 Line A Project. The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above Waiver of Claim on behalf of the District. The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to draw a warrant to the payee in the amount specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery.
