Adopted this Order on October 22, 1985 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, ) and Declaring Certain Roads ) as County Roads, ) RESOLUTION NO. 85/607 Subdivision 6394, ) Oakley Area. ) The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improve- ments in Subdivision 6394 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Garrow and Cardinale Development heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map, excepting therefrom the improvements in the model home area. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY October 9, 1984 Developers Insurance Company Bond No. 900164S BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 6394 filed October 11, 1984, in Book 283 of Maps at page 34, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.
