Johnathon Cohen , Attorney for Gencor , who appeared in favor of the reorganization . Chief Blodgett of the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District who appeared in favor . Stephen Morgan , Chairman of the Tassajara Fire Protection District , who expressed concern that if the territory were detached from Tassajara , it would be impossible for Tassajara to maintain funding capability .
