APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Child Support Services Director, or designee, to execute
an Interagency Agreement with Marin County Department of Child Support Services, a
government agency, to provide the County with Special Project services in the amount not
to exceed $20,000 for the period of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This project will be fully funded by allocations from the Federal Government at 66% and
the State at 34%. This is zero cost to the County General Fund.
BACKGROUND:
Agency will provide services to the Department of Child Support Services to assist as
needed in special projects such as, complaint resolution services by entering complaint data
into the state CRTS system, prepare and participate in state hearings as necessary, provide
credit report dispute services for review using the E-Oscar system, download daily CSE,
BDDR and Hyperion reports needed for California Counties Child Support Services
Payment Services Projects, provide child support attorney services to review cases prior to
court, appear in court, and enter court follow-up information in to CSE.
