Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute on behalf of
the County, Contract #23–239–17 with TEG Staffing, Inc., dba Eastridge Infotech, a
corporation, in an amount not to exceed $330,000, to provide temporary computer services
for the Department’s Information Systems Unit, for the period from June 1, 2011 through
May 31, 2012.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded 100% by budgeted Enterprise Fund I. (No Rate Increase)
BACKGROUND:
On July 13, 2010, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23–239–16 with TEG
Staffing, Inc., dba Eastridge Infotech for the period from June 1, 2010 through May 31,
2011, for the provision of temporary computer services for the Department’s Information
Systems Unit.
Approval of Contract #23–239–17 will allow the Contractor to continue providing services
through May 31, 2012.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this contract is not approved, County will not have the service of Contractor’s
experienced computer technicians, network analysts, programmer/analysts, and client/server
developers required to maintain and manage the Department’s computer systems.
