HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07122011 - C.69RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23–399–8 with Intratek Computer, Inc., a corporation, effective June 1, 2011, to amend Contract #23–399–7, with no change in the payment limit of $260,000 and no change in the original term of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Budgeted Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On January 11, 2011, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-399–7 with Intratek Computer, Inc. for the period from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011, for the provision of ergonomic hardware and software services and technical assistance with the Department’s LANDesk® software.
