HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06212011 - C.74RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #22–975–4 with Young Women’s Christian Association of Contra Costa County, a non-profit corporation, effective May 1, 2011, to amend Contract #22–975–3, to increase the payment limit by $53,000, from $60,000, to a new payment limit of $113,000, with no change in the original term of March 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: In March 2011, the County Administrator approved, and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #22–975–3, with Young Women’s Christian Association of Contra Costa County, for the period from March 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012, for the provision of Mental Health services for people with HIV.
