HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05172011 - C.43RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #76-504-7 with Peter Won, M.D., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $1,470,000, for the provision of professional radiology services for patients at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Enterprise Fund I. Costs depend upon utilization. As appropriate, patients and/or third-party payors will be billed for services. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On June 9, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #76-504-6 with Peter Won, M.D. to provide radiology services including consultation, on-call coverage services, supervision and interpretation of CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, invasive procedures and plain films at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from June 1, 2009 APPROVE OTHER RECOMMENDATION OF CNTY ADMINISTRATOR RECOMMENDATION OF BOARD COMMITTEE Action of Board On: 05/17/2011 APPROVED AS RECOMMENDED OTHER Clerks Notes: VOTE OF SUPERVISORS AYE:John Gioia, District I Supervisor Gayle B.
